Alexia Chatziparasidou B.Sc., M.Sc.
Biologist, Sr. Clinical Embryologist, ESHRE accredited, Director of Embryolab’s Assisted Reproduction Clinic.
Alexia Chatziparasidou is a senior clinical embryologist with experience of more than 45,000 IVF cycles.
Her scientific interest is mainly focused on the application of modern oocyte and embryo cryopreservation methods and treating male infertility and azoospermia, as well as on developing methods of co-culture with homologous endometrial cells.
Alexia is an active member of international organizations and arranges collaborations regarding pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, counselling on fertility disorder research. She is a member of the International Society of Reproductive Scientists (ALPHA), the European Society of Human Reproduction (ESHRE), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Scientists in Reproductive Medicine (ALPHA), the Society for Cryobiology, the Hellenic Society of Andrology, the Panhellenic Union of Bio-Scientists, the Pan-Hellenic Association of Clinical Embryologists.
Alexia is married with two children. She enjoys reading science and literature. She travels widely over the world introducing Embryolab Academy and its quality and risk management practices. She accepts all new ideas for Embryolab provided that they meet an essential requirement: they respect the dream of those people who put their trust into us to become parents!
